dirty rush for guys

How important is dirty rush for guys in terms of upper and lower mid tier fraternities. Do I even have a chance with upper mid tiers if I go into rush not knowing any brothers?

5 brother guy is honestly right. Spent most of my time at dirty rush events 1st semester getting to know only 3-4 brothers really well but ended up getting cut from my top choice. My buddy knew 5 guys in the same frat and got a bid even though I didn't really think he was your traditional "frat guy." Just goes to show what knowing a guy can do for you.
