Going off of the post comparing the "upper mid" tier fraternities earlier, what're your opinions on the "lower mid" tier fraternities and their vibes?

sig ep definitely the best of this bunch. not as rowdy and dont hang out w as many girls as pikapp/ato/pike but good guys who are def above the rest of this bunch

SigEp- just barely the best of the 4 (pretty synonymous with DTD)

DTD- trending down (recent PCs are small/ unknown)

AEPi- trending down (not great PCs)

KSig- not sure why people keep mentioning them, theyre off campus and by far have the worst PCs of the 4 (much more like SAE/SigChi than AEPI)
