Top frats: Have a brother in the frat/ know a kid from high school/ know a kid from a club sports team on campus/ dirty rush kids make up over 50-75% of the pc/ money helps and does play a factor. (Tip: Rush 1-2 of these as your “reaches” depending on how much you fit the criteria)

Upper mid frats: Dirty rush makes up about 50% of pc/ good to know a kid going into rush/ know a kid from a club sports team or other extracurricular on campus/ money helps but doesn’t really matter. (Tip: Rush 1-2 of these as your “reaches”, “targets”, or “safeties” depending on how much you fit the criteria)

Lower mid frats: Dirty rush makes up about 25-50% of pc/ good but not necessary to have money, play sports on campus/ having a brother in the frat or knowing a kid from high school could automatically get you round 3 during rush. (Tip: Rush 1-2 of these frats as your “targets” or “safeties” depending on how much you fit the criteria)
SigEp/ DTD/ AEPi
KSig
<25% of pc is dirty rushed/ have something in common with a brother and you get round 3 during rush/ unless you really are bad at socializing or have a bad reputation on campus, you can find brotherhood in these frats. (Tip: If you have no ins with other frats, start here and build a network) (If you’re rushing and can’t say 1 of these frats is a safety, Greek life prob isn’t for you)

Good as in good looking, cool, rich. Although there are many very not good looking dudes they are either cool or rich

Have you seen ADPhi and DSIg’s PCs? And you’re still talking about “crafting good PCs”?! Out of the last PCs those two make up probably the 5th and 6th best PCs like they are terrible. Don’t speak on things you don’t know

Still dont think there is a divide among the top 4 frats. Ka had plenty of issues last year that we don't want to mention. Dsig is off campus but still throws great parties (Candyland, P&HL). Adphi had some questionable rushes but still has crazy parties (Dazed&Confused, Lei). SNu is the only stable one in the top tier as of now but besides that there isnt much to differentiate
