chance me?

Hi everyone I'm a rising senior and am wondering what my chances are. Here are my stats:
-3/4 white 1/4 latino (my grandma is from mexico)
-private school LI
-32 ACT
-3.95 GPA (8 APs)
-varsity baseball captain
-president of science olympiad
-pre-med
-currently volunteering at a nursing home during summer
-started a program at my church where people donate books and I bring them to kids at the hospital
-I helped organize a blood drive with my school's health club last year

I'm really passionate about medicine and I want to be a surgeon.

What are my chances? Also I want to rush when I'm there, what is some advice for that?

I'd say you have good chances if you're a legacy but you need stronger ECs
