Snu/KA- consistently top tier frats with good pledge classes and lots of $ (unfortunately this is how frat rankings work)
Dsig- was #1 in top tier, but with small pc and no section they fall slightly below
Adphi/Pike- adphi has fallen off the top tier. had 2 terrible pcs in a row, only up here bc money and upperclassmen. meanwhile pike has been trending up the past 2 years with big pcs despite losing section
ATO- ato did better last year, but still put up solid numbers this year. slightly below pike in terms of pc quality, but still on the upswing
Pikapp- not the best pc last year but a decent one this year. used to be right up with ato considering their sorority relations but after the suspension theyve fallen off
Sigep/Aepi- sigep has had two solid pcs in a row, but is facing potential trouble with duke. aepi got a good pc this year and is one of the few midtier frats not in trouble with duke
DTD/Ksig- dtd got a pretty good pc last year, an eh one this year. however, being in hot water with duke takes them down a notch. ksig has consistently been lower mid tier for the past few years being an off campus frat

dont act like dsig doesnt throw candyland, nikki beach, and pie and hard, three parties that none of pikes parties come even close to
