Snap bids are largely regulated by nationals, like if nationals tells the sorority they need more members in a pc then they will start giving girls looks because they need/ have more room for them

snap bids most likely will not happen this year as most pcs are at ~30 which is the national quota for most sororities. it only happened last year bc so many girls dropped during rush that the pcs were like low to mid 20s
