snap bid help

how do snap bids for sororitys work? I’m not getting my hopes up obviously, but should I try to contact chapters I’m interested in or wait to see if they reach out first? Also how will we know which chapters still have spots?

Because of Chi O’s reform, no chapters are allowed to give out until Jan 30th. and if they do it will be a total of less than 10

if they drop you during rounds you're not getting a snap bid
