what percent of a pledge class is determine pre-rush?

Is it hard to get a bid if you only meet brothers during rush? Or do you have to know them beforehand from dirty rush to get into a frat? Asking specifically for top/mid top frats.

Dirty rushing doesn't matter. Meet lots of brothers during rush and you'll be fine
