which year gets the most say in the new pc’s?

Is it entirely the sophomores, the seniors or are all years equally involved ?

juniors have the most "power" since they are in the leadership positions like rush chair

seniors have the most "influence" since they know the personality of the frat best and have a lot of leverage of the selections

sophomores are still pledges basically so...
