hate to sound like a preschool teacher but here's my spiel.
you top groups are exclusive. so much so you dont talk to any independents or lower frat members.
evveryone wants to join a top group, but the unneeded exclusivity of the top makes it hard to enter these groups like friends.
you have to rush and they are super closed.
top groups, open up - tell people what you're letting in, and recruit, and be chill. the unopenness makes sure we are all not feeling welcomed into the top groups.
