dsig/pike stop self-ranking

Pike and Dsig love to refresh their self-ranked posts 500x and add artificial likes. I've seen them in class do this. If this website didn't allow that, their rankings would be all dislikes. They'll probably do the same with this post and dislike it...care less plz. Everyone sees through it though. Pike is middle tier.
