In my freshman year at duke i observed all sorts of frats. This is what i can say this is the ranking list:

Top:
Adphi
Dsig
KA

Mid:
Snu
KSig
DTD
ATO

Lower:
Pike
AePi
Pikapp
SigChi

Bottom:
Phi Delt
DKE
ChiPsi

I feel like Snu is not a solid group and members in Dsig Adphi Ka are consistently cool whereas Snu is a lot of talk and messiness and just aren't that solid at all. They are cooler than Pikapp, so they can get a middle, but not at all the solidity of the top.
