They do exist, but they are very small (think <25 members)

pretty much nonexistent. didn't even see their table at the first rush event this year which is where all the frats have a meet and greet and sign up kinda thing for their rushes. legacy also doesn't really mean a whole lot here for the most part

I hung out with PhiDelt and I can say they are easygoing and Guys that seem to have your back. I haven't seen any issues with them like bad behavior or anything.

They are interesting and I had fun hanging out with them. They are also pretty nice and respectful.

however, they will even say themselves they are not necessarily the coolest guys on campus, nor necessarily getting the most women, but they are a tight group and provide an outlet for people like them. They aren't ranked highly, but if there type maybe slightly nerdy and overall the type of person just not to care about what other's think or do and are very much doing there own thing.

You should meet them and hang out. I believe they are very nice to new freshmen and it's a good chance to see if you like them your freshman year.
