I’ve heard theta’s entire pc is two 12 year olds stacked on top of each other wearing a trench coat, can anyone confirm?

Can confirm, saw them at the movie theater trying to get into a PG13 movie but the manager saw right through it smh. What does this mean about Theta's future?!?!?!
