which frats have given snapbids in the past? do top tier and mid tier give them out?

only way middle tier will snap is if a kid is only rushing top tier and falls or they don't get numbers

SNu gave quite a few snaps in recent years. I'm sure if you contact their rush chair you could work something out, especially this year.

Adphi has snapped in years past, but that was when they were suspended. Snu did the same when they were on suspension. No top tier will snap this year I'm guessing since none are in that position
