When do snap bids come out and how are you supposed to secure a snap bid without any events?

Snap bids usually are offered within a week or so after the usual bids are extended. It usually involves an interview process, but only works if you haven't been offered a bid from anywhere else. For instance, if you get a bid to a house you don't want and choose not to accept it, you won't be in the snap bid system. It helps to know people in other PCs/houses that you want to join with a snap
