sigep reputation?

Was wondering what the general consensus is for Sigep's reputation

From what I've heard, it seems mid tier (or possibly lower mid), mixes mostly with DG and zeta, and are a bit social climby. I also heard some stuff about some creepy guys , especially in the senior class. How accurate is all of this?

I have stopped going to their parties because they give off a very creepy vibe, and I feel uncomfortable attending.
