girls still prefer those parties. Yes some fraternities are throwing better parties this year but that does not mean they should shoot up in rankings b/c they still arent getting key 3 attendance, or a lot of aphi attendance for this years kids. Wait until the spring, and the same thing will happen last year. All the girls will get into their sororities, the older girls will tell them which frats throw the best parties etc, who they mainly mix with, and it will fall into the historical rankings. Change is unusual with these rankings, some people might move around within a tier but changing tiers is weird.
Im going to be downvoted a lot for giving this cold truth.

this is only from a big party / mixer perspective, plenty of other factors can influence a frat's rankings. Just wanted to mention since better parties have been used to justify ATO and SIg EP rising and its not the case.

It goes beyond that. It's the quality of the guys in the frats and the amount of effort they put in. Some frats on this campus have such inflated egos that they've been slacking on parties and involvement, and the rankings are finally reflecting that fact.

KA clearly fits this. Many of the brothers are super arrogant, yet their parties are so so, sorority relation aren't impressive, and their philanthropy events are a joke. Im sorry, they're middle tier
