the truth about sororities and greekrank

the people who go on greekrank are a very small portion of actual greek life at duke. they try to create this idea that people ONLY go through recruitment with the goal of ending up in a "top" sorority. This just isn't true and I really hope that you freshmen don't buy into it. Go through rush with a completely open mind and judge sororities based off their vibe, friendliness, how well you get along with the girls, etc. Not their "rank". Because the truth is, greekrank only cares about attractiveness...and that is so subjective and relative and just should not be the only reason why you join a sorority.
