So im going here next year and was jw how parties work. Like are parties open to guys or are they only open to brothers? Do you need to know people or pay? What if you bring girls

Generally open in the first few weeks, no need for girls or pay. Fraternities are basically rushing kids all first semester so if you meet some brothers, they might invite you to closed parties later on.
