are guys that aren't in frats total weirdos and social outcasts? I don't go here but met a guy out who didn't rush- is tat a bad sign?

Not a bad sign at all. Some people just aren't about the frat life. Greek life is a lot of fun imo, but it has problems too. I can see how people would rather not deal with it.
