best mid tier frat parties

Rush is about to start and there is a lot of talk about the best top tier frat parties, but not much talk about mid tier frats. What are the best parties that frats like Pikapp and ATO throw in the spring?

Hi. I don't know about fraternities but I am in DUU and we throw LDOC in late spring. It is very fun. I don't think we compete with anyone on that date either so it's usually pretty packed.

both ATO and Pikapp don't have signature parties so you will have to wait and see
