do tri delta and other top sororities take recommendation/legacy into consideration? if so, how much?

kappa- recommendations yes, legacy no
tridelt- recommendations maybe, legacy if its a sibling
pi phi- recommendations not really, legacy maybe if it's a sibling

pi phi relentlessly cut a sibling legacy last year for no reason, so there's no telling what sororities will do. most sororities at duke don't care about recs. they just pick who they want the most.
