rush 2018

With pledging now over and rush just around the corner, I was wondering if someone from an upper-tier fraternity (Adphi / Ksig) could tell me how your frat selects which brothers go to the first rush event at the Nasher. I understand this is an extremely important event, considering you need to meet 15+ PNM's (potential new members) and convince them to come to your house, but it seems like my frat has put less of an emphasis on conversational ability and more on height. Is the selection process so superficial everywhere else? Do you think I have a chance at going if I am under 6'? (I play a club sport and have a hot girlfriend btw). Honest replies only.
