lmao this is sad compared to unc

If u go to the unc greekrank discussion, so many people are supporting ALL the sororities as top tier. Wish we could see more of that here. Duke is supposed to be the "better" school but we look classless compared to unc in terms of treating all our sororities equally with respect.

i totally agree with this. feel like Duke just needs to take a break and be more lax about the fact that everyone at the end of the day is a Duke student all the same, and that it really hurts your own self image to act like this towards others

Does anyone have concrete suggestions for how we can fix this at Duke? I hate that Duke students think of sororities and fraternities in terms of hierarchy and tiers/rank, and I wish people would stop putting others down to try to get to the "top."

It's the same at most schools. I just read the UNC Greek rank and it was all DUI talk and Chandler Kania. I don't want that.
Simple fact is Duke has crippled Greek Life here and this is how it is.
UNC has better parties in general. That's about it. I don't know if I want all the other drama.

I don't think UNC Greek life is that high a standard even if we seem to fall short. Aim higher.
