...SNu and KA are just not #1 and #2, DSig is top house. ADPhi is rightly at the bottom of Tier 1.

Dsig brotherhood is bad. Look at how well their seniors get along with their sophomores

I think this is pretty accurate using Greek ranks numbering system. DSig isn't top house because they have bad brotherhood and campus involvement. Seems fair. Meanwhile, they got 5s for looks popularity, etc. which is accurate.
