Splitting hairs between frats within one tier is pointless and misleading. That said, here are the frats arranged by tier (in no order)

DSig - ADPhi - SNu - KA

Pikapp - Wayne - Pike

ATO - SigEp - DTD - KSig

AEPi - SAE - Sig Chi

etc.
