by: Don't get too excitedRush is clearly a big time of change for Greek organizations, but people forget that 75% of the frat/sorority hasn't changed when a new pledge class is introduced. A good pc can cause a trend up or a bad one a trend down, but let's be honest with ourselves: even in our convoluted ranks, nobody changes tiers or gets bumped up or down three spots from one year's pc. And Pi Phi is obviously still Key 3.

nah, just take a look at PiKapp! Their pc is so cool that they've catapulted themselves to Tier 1A. Undeniably, they have earned their spot as TOP HOUSE due to this year's rush. Anyone who disagrees does not know I am Key 3 and can't be incorrect, and is obviously operating on Delta Chi's agenda.

Pi Phi isn't key 3 now BECAUSE they've gotten 3 bad pledge classes. People were still giving them some leeway because they still had two good pledge classes last year. Their seniors are their last good PC and 75% of their members now are not top tier girls. Sorry but that's the truth.

It's because guys here actually can get girls at other schools. I have friends who have dated UNC girls and one who dated a girl at NCSU. How many UNC/NCSU guys are actually willing to date Duke girls? Probably very few of them.

This is so true. Take any of the girls here that are the "hottest" and they wouldn't be anything special at other schools.
