why is adphi elite

Ok I always hear people say Adphi is one of the best fraternities. But really a lot of their guys are just average. They Happen to have a lot of money and throw big parties but even those
Parties sucked this year. Other than like 1/3rd to half of Tri Delt, I really don't know anyone else who likes them.
