These tiers are based off of who people mix with. It doesn't matter which sorority you choose in that tier because you will mix with basically the same frats so just choose based off of which personality matches you best.

The whole point of my ranking is to not have the upper and lower tiers within each tier because those are all petty when in reality they all mix with basically the same people (with some differences of course)
