Tridelt are generally all the wealthy or well-connected (usually New York/Florida) girls, Pi Phi are all the wealthy or well-connected (usually international) girls, Kappa sort of picks up everyone else that's hot but doesn't fit into either of those two categories really.

there is no way kappa is in the same league as pi phi, kappa is only still 'key' because it's the way things have been for so long but there is absolutely nothing top tier about their pledge class as a whole (that being said there are definitely some very 'top tier' girls in their pledge class, it just is the minority not the majority)
