Wayne is super fun, international, and quirky. There are some not so cool guys in there, but the best guys in are definitely considered by the coolest girls. I think they lie outside of the typical frat rankings.

no they're not on theta level. they mostly haev friends who are out of sororities and some kappa.

they're not anything theta. they are not close to even DG. they are great salesman. plus sorroities dont match with frats, the best sorority is close to the WORST duke frat. so dont cross compare assuming equals.
