Here's the real deal:
1: Tri Delt, Pi Phi
1b: Kappa, APhi
2: Theta
2b: DG
3: Zeta, ADPi
3b: GPhiB
4: Chi O
Pi Phi > Kappa. Always has, always will. That being said, all of the sororities have a different set of personality types (although each one is diverse in the types of people it has) so I would definitely say choose who you click with the most within each tier. Within tiers, rankings don't really matter.

pi phi for sure isn't attractive but they're a lot of fun to hang with
kappa has some very cute girls (but a lot of them are meh) but so annoying... only really like a few of them and the rest of them get on my nerves

pi phi pledge class is great, undoubtably better than kappa's, and some of the alpha phi pledge class girls this year really should have ended up in tridelt...
