This was definitely a kappa or an alpha phi. Alpha phi is same level attractiveness as pi phi, maybe even a little better looking, but pi phi is very connected/rich/chill. Kappa is great but it's definitely not tridelt.

I would say:

1a. Tri delt
1b. Kappa/Pi Phi
1c. Alpha Phi

2a. Theta
2b. DG
2c. Zeta/Adpi

3. GPhi

4. ChiO

Aphi as 1c, kappa as 1b. No way aphi tied with pi phi, no way kappa tied with tridelt. Debatable as to whether theta still above dg

If anything APhi should be 2a, theta should be 2b and DG should be 2c. No chance APhi is tier one yet

I'm in a frat that's mixed with adpi, zeta, and dg and I wouldn't place dg closer to theta and aphi, realistically closer to adpi/zeta. And frankly the difference between theta and aphi this year is too big to put them near each other either. Thetas pc was sub-par. Kappa should definitely be below pi phi. This whole list is messed up.

Don't listen to nah. Idk has it spot on. One pledge class doesn't put APhi in tier one and doesn't knock theta down from tier two

Nah nah, agreed. While aphi at this point Is clearly above theta, it's also a clear fourth in the ranks. It's the pike of sororitys... Posting on this site endlessly like pike (both need to stop right now). Pike and aphi are their own limbo tier.

For now I would put alpha phi as 1c, not quite tied with pi phi. The problem with alpha phi is that even though their recent PCs have a lot of great girls they also have a few obvious random fillers as well... And pi phi/kappa don't.

one pledge class doesn't change tiers-- PC '15 people were treating theta's new class the same way they are now treating alpha phi's PC '16 when in reality the two are clearly equal. Not sure why they'd ever be on different levels, let alone entirely different tiers.
