aepi vs. dtd vs. sigep

I'm gonna be a freshman and I'm planning to look middle tier. From what I gather, these frats are all pretty similar. What can people tell me about them?

DTD is meh, if you can get a bid to SigEp or AEPi definitely go to one of those frats

True that sigep is closer with theta, dtd is closer with aphi, both mix with dg, zeta, and adpi about equally. aepi mixes with dg, zeta, apdi, and gphib. sigep tends to be more into big open parties and spontaneous pregames, while dtd puts more money into mixers.

SigEp and DTD are not close with Theta and APhi, respectively. You're thinking of ATO and Pike

Sorry, didn't mean to imply that they were actually close with those sororities, just that Sigep has a better relationship with theta than dtd, and dtd is better with Aphi. But only in the sense that they get 1 mixer per semester and occasionally a few of those girls will come to their parties.

These people claiming to be in sororities definitely are not so don't listen to a word they say. Just check out each one first semester if you can and see which one fits you, it works best that way.
