fraternity rankings

People are way too dramatic about what is going on in the social scene. Read the posts from a year ago and most people are saying that KA is top house and ADPhi is falling out of the top tier. Now everyone is saying that KA is sliding and ADPhi is top house. Things don't change that dramatically in such a short time. People have been saying snu is falling apart for years and some people have even tried to say that Pike is above them, and yet they still have parties that every single girl wants to go to. The top 4 are ADPhi, DSig, SNu, and KA in an order that fluctuates from year to year depending on probation and somewhat on pledge classes. These are the only fraternities that have parties that every girl at the school wants to be at, and they almost exclusively talk to key 3 girls and take them to their dated functions. I can totally understand people debating who had the best parties and stuff, but just because you have to spend a semester on probation or take a weaker pledge class than usual doesn't mean that you are dropping tiers. These 4 have been the top 4 at Duke for the past 10 years and theres no sign that thats going to change in the immediate future.
