definitive rankings summer 2016

Tier 1: DSig. SNu. ADPhi.
Tier 1b: KA.
Tier 2: Pike. Pikapp.
Tier 2b: KSig. ATO.
Tier 3: SigEp

Anyone who disagrees with these rankings has an agenda. I've been to all the big parties from Candyland to Seafood to Lei, and this is simply the truth of what this year has been like, and how the rising sophomores in the Key 3 generally view this stupid frat hierarchy.
