real truth on diversity on greek life

African American guys and girls can get into "good" sororities and frats, but it is very obvious that these groups want a certain type of individual, regardless of race. Just stalk this year's pledge class photos to see the guys in DSig, guys in Pike the girl in Tri Delt, the girl in APhi, etc. but these are more or less just tokens.

Real diversity doesn't start until G Phi/Chi Psi and that's just the truth.

I don't think it is a matter of can. If you look at people at rush events there is little diversity to begin with. Not in all cases but most of the time its just general attractiveness/social skillz.

Greek organizations are supposed to have like-minded people, what do you need diversity for? it's not necessarily about being better or worse in rush; it's about being similar.
