sophomore fall rush

Howdy, I was just wondering what the status is on fall rush for sophomores.

If you know a Greek organization really likes you, are they allowed to give a sophomore a bid in the fall and not go through with the formal rush process?

As far as I know, a sophomore can join at any point

Nah, rush is spring only at Duke, you can only do it then

One of my friends literally joined as a sophmore in O-week, its very much possible

I do think it's probably different for girls and guys.

I think guys can be extended a bid whenever if they're sophomores. But i'm pretty sure girls have to go through the formal rush process either way
