GPhiB - Always has the best juices, all manner of cranberries and fresh squeezed citrus. Clearly above the rest.
PiPhi - Tends toward diet mixers, so can be a bit more bland than GPhi - definitely big crowd-pleasers though
AdPhi/Zeta - Two groups that are heavily into Sour Mix, both utterly delicious.

Middle
TriDelt - Heavily into Vermouth these days. Can be off-putting, but if you are into that sort of thing...
Theta - Big Grenadine users, makes for pretty but overly sweet drinks
ChiO - Tends toward the classics, tonic, bitters,
Kappa - Kappa, Kappa Kahlua, definitely trending up after this year's class of mixologists.

Lower
DG - Clearly underdoes mixers, especially on bid night...
APhi - Also, doesn't like to mix that much. More into straight up drinks. Can be a bit boring.
