SAE's post trying to put up sig chi to make this look like sig chi wrote this but its really SAE putting themselves tier three.

Personally, I think this one was done by Pike pretty artfully. Sneak into the top tier, make egregious misplacements in the middle tier (KSig equal to Pikapp, DTD in tier 2, SigChi equal to SigEp, etc.) to divert attention. Pretty smart, but the Pike presence on this site has been noticeable for the past couple days so I could see it.
