DKE has 30+ members and has better mixers than SAE (I have a few friends in GPhi). Cooler guys, too. Surprisingly high number of athletes.
And I'm not in SigChi, didn't even look at lower tier fraternities when I rushed.

And why is Pike so much better than Pikapp, in your view? Why is it implausible for them to be tied? From what I understand, they have essentially the same mixer level, and Pikapp rush is arguably more competitive.

Pike got a better PC and Pikapp's rush isn't more competitive, you just need to fit their semi-awkward / nice guy / ttfu in section mold... only one of the main differences

Definitely SigChi. No one in their right minds would put SAE (50+ members) below DKE (less than 12). It was a lame effort to mask themselves as Pikapp to try to place themselves over SAE. This is bordering on pathetic.
