...as you can see sororitys are much more open to mixing 'down a level' hence having more mixers at the top.

Here are all the things you got wrong:
Pi Phi mixes once a semester usually with Pikapp
ATO and DG only mix once a semester
Theta mixes with Ksig
AEPi mixes with DG regularly
ADPi does not mix with SAE
ADPi mixes with Pikapp once a semester
Zeta never mixes with Pikapp
Commentby: Many corrections
ADPi does mix with Pikapp more than Zeta, and AEPi and DG mix multiple times per semester as far as I know.
If DG mixes with other fraternities 10+ times per semester then it would AEPi/DG would be "rare" I guess, but that's not the case.
