Although these guys tend to have a lot of fun, you can typically find that 1/3 of them don't like their brothers and what the fraternity represents. Although there is a good sense of brotherhood among some, it is split up into smaller groups of 5-10 guys.

Definitely a top tier sorority here. A lot of really hot girls who love to have a good time. They tend to mix only with the top 5 fraternities, especially KA. But most seem genuine and pretty down to earth when it comes to the guys they like to hang out with individually or in small groups. The frats love these girls.

The bottom of the sororities right now. Just a lot of girls that are really nice, but were either too socially awkward, not good looking enough, just flat out too weird for another sorority.

Overall a really average group of girls on the whole there are a handful of beat ones and a handful of really attractive girls as well. They tend to mix a lot with the lower middle tier/upper bottom tier fraternities, but still seem to have a reputation of having fun no matter what. It is really just a hit or miss with the girls in this sorority.

Kappa got a great pledge class with rush this year. The hottest of the key three in the freshman class, however tri delt and pi phi weren't far behind. Great group of sophomore girls too, a handful of which don't seem to care about the tier system one bit. Definitely top three, but hard to say if they're any better than the other two.

Not many parties first semester so I don't know much about their upperclassmen. But the sophomores and freshman tend to hang out and host pregames with a lot of girls in the core 4 on a regular basis. When it comes down to it, they are really nice boys that don't tend to go as hard as the likes of KA and ADPhi, but still love to rage.
