So are Phi Tau and Chi Phi the only fraternities that weren't allowed to take a spring pledge class? What does that mean for them this semester

No clue but spring pledge classes usually get dropped down to like 5-10 kids so it probably won't matter for them. Their houses might get dirtier or something or their older brothers may need to do more work lol
