Yes I hope Sig Chi does come back next year and LXA too. They've been off a long time and they were really good when they were here.

The alumni have nothing to do with ZBT buying their house. Instead of talking out of your ass maybe get educated on the situation. They've been in a lease to purchase the house so all rent they pay goes towards a portion of purchasing the house

Coming from a girl in a top tier sorority i only like maybe a few of the frats you listed. Theta chi, Kappa Sig, and KA are some of my favs too :)

No disrespect, but I find it impossible that ZBT can buy the LXA house. LXA is one of the largest and most influential alumni bases of all fraternities. No way they would let go of that house and condemn their chapter to be mediocre forever. ZBT rents alone won't pay for that house. How long has ZBT even been at FSU?

Do you understand that when LXA comes back in 2018-2020 (predicted year to recolonize) they will be a colony and an extremely small fraternity? There is no way they can fill the ZBT house with 70 brothers it's impossible in their first year. Right now ZBT rents the house and at the end of their lease they have the option to purchase the house directly from LXA or they can choose not to. LXA Nationals has publicly said that they do not want LXA in this house after the incident. So regardless if ZBT stays or goes, LXA will never move back in. Also, just like AOPi and Alpha Phi, their nationals subsidized a large portion of their new house cost and construction. Similarly l, ZBT nationals will do the same to help them purchase the house with whatever money they have saved in their time at FSU. it's a $3million house but when you purchase a house you don't pay $3million up front. You take out loans or do a mortgage, which is probably what they will do

LXA doesn't own the house, an alumni does and he's over it. The person in charge of a possible comeback (if allowed) doesn't want a large lxa again, just a tight knit smaller fraternity like KA not exceeding a 100 at full size. ZBT is leasing to own, and their nationals are helping front the money to buy the house by making the down payment on a large loan.
