If I was Phi Sig I'd take over that huge ass apartment complex across the street. I'd have 120 luxury accommodations and the management would give us whatever we wanted. Beats having an old piece of crap house.

It wouldn't be such a piece of crap if they took any care of it. If Fiji does move in next year hopefully they'll clean it up a bit

fiji is irrelevant in or out of that house. phi sigs nationals wouldn't leave them without a house.

Phi Sig nations doesn't have a choice on what happens here. PSK is irrelevant anyways so it's okay
