house preview

As a brogam I was able to see every fraternities house preview and see which houses interested the PNMs the most. I'd say the fraternities that did the best job were for sure Kappa Sig, Theta Chi, ZBT, PiKapp, and Sig Ep. All of these fraternities were extremely welcoming and engaged in their presentations. They really showed dedication and love to their fraternity and the potential pledges seemed to have gotten the same feeling.

Some of the not so good house previews were Phi Delt, ATO, SAE, and AEPi. They seemed a little unorganized and didn't have a big turn out from their brotherhood (at least for my group, maybe there were more brothers for earlier groups.) they didn't seem to have a "wow" factor to make potentials remember them (Phi Delts wow factor was the house but nothing in their presentation)

Anyway I think it's interesting to have seen and heard where potentials seemed to feel at home and plan on rushing. Good luck to all IFC fraternities next week!
