confused?

The unofficial rankings or 'tiers' are all subjective. They're based on popularity and the number and physical appearance of members. There is nothing wrong with Phi Delt. They're very good. They used to be better than Phi Sig and they used to rank higher. Time passed and the Phi Delts dropped in perception of the sororities and other fraternities. This is not a criticism of Phi Delt but they should be better than they are with that huge impressive house. They don't excite the top sororities like the Phi Sigs do. That can change bt that's not the way it is now. Pike tops all, and there a lot of people who don't like Pike. A lot of people don't like Delt either. It doesn't matter. Theres no set of rules. Pike, Delt and Phi Sig are the best. Other fraternities like Phi delt should try to replace them.

Phi Sig may seem irrelevant on campus because all they do is party and they barely get involved in anything, however, they throw some awesome parties and the top tier sorority girls that like the Miami-ish guys seem to like them a lot. So there you have it.

Phi delt could definitely improve but they're a decent group of guys
