Pike / Phi Sig.
Still top tier but trending down: delt
Beneath top tier but solid: KA, Pi Kappa, Theta Chi, ATO, Phi Delta, Phi Kappa
Trending up but not as good as they say they are: Kappa Sig, ZBT
Solid mid tier: Chi Phi, SAE, TKE, Sigma Epsilon
Lower floor: Phi Kappa Psi, Alpha Delta, Delta Chi
